When are the apartments available for move-in?
The apartments will be available for move-in in phases, with each neighbourhood having different release dates. The development will have a phased release across four blocks. The first block is adjacent to Pool Street and is scheduled to be available for move-in from Sept 2023. Once available, you can reserve a tour with a few clicks and explore the available units.

At Paragon Living, we are committed to creating an exceptional living environment for all our residents. Key benefits and amenities at Paragon Living include free high-speed WiFi, a Barista bar, co-working areas, parking, private gardens, on-site maintenance, and private lounges. There will also be complimentary facilities such as a state-of-the-art gym, private dining suites, a cinema/TV room and some cool spaces to work from.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents can park their vehicles in designated parking spots. We charge a small annual parking fee to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the parking facilities. You can discuss additional parking details during the application process.
Is there bike storage?
Yes, there is bike storage available for the residents. The storage areas are designed to accommodate bikes, ensuring their safety securely. The residents can make the most of convenient bike storage facilities and enjoy an active lifestyle within the community.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, you can bring pets. At Paragon Living, we want all residents to feel welcome and comfortable, and we understand the value of pets in life. What is the smoking policy?
The smoking policy at Paragon Living is very clear. Paragon has a strict “no smoking policy” inside the building premises. We prioritise the health and well-being of residents and strive to provide them with a clean and safe environment. As a part of our commitment, there will be specific smoking areas sheltered outside.
Do Paragon Living properties have onsite management?

Resident experience is paramount to Paragon, and all our properties are equipped with concierge and reception services to cater for all resident needs. Our onsite management team is committed to fostering a welcoming environment for the residents.
Will Paragon Living run any resident events?
Yes, Paragon Living will run residential events. We believe in creating a vibrant and engaging community for our residents at Paragon Living. Our building teams will be running carefully planned and coordinated resident events that will be managed and updated through our Paragon Resident App.
